The USDA Market News Service reports fed ingredient prices for the week ending 
Tuesday May 18, 2021 were mixed. Soybean Meal was mixed, 41.20 lower to 27.00 higher, 
mostly 36.20 lower. Cottonseed Meal was steady to 20.00 higher. Whole Cottonseed was 
steady to 25.00 higher. Canola Meal was steady to 41.20 lower. Linseed Meal was 
mixed, 15.00 lower to 10.00 higher. Sunflower Meal was mixed, 25.00 lower to 15.00 
higher. Crude Soybean Oil was 161 to 387 points higher, mostly 387 points higher. 
Crude Corn Oil was 650 points higher. Ruminant Meat and Bone Meal was mixed, 45.00 
lower to 30.00 higher, mostly steady. Ruminant Blood Meal was steady to 75.00 lower. 
Feather Meal was steady to 50.00 higher. Yellow Corn Hominy was mixed, 15.00 lower to 
15.00 higher. Corn Gluten Feed was mixed, 25.00 lower to 7.00 higher. Corn Gluten 
Meal was steady to 10.00 lower. Distillers Dried Grain mixed, 25.00 lower to 15.00 
higher. Wheat Millfeeds were 2.00 to 30.00 higher. Wheat Millrun was steady to 20.00 
higher.

Oilseeds: The July Soybean Meal futures closed 36.20 er at 410.80, August closed 
32.30 lower at 408.40 and September closed 27.30 lower at 405.00. The July Soybean 
Oil futures closed 387 points higher at 68.67 cents per pound, August closed 323 
points higher at 64.88 cents per pound and September closed 250 points higher at 
62.43 cents per pound. The Rail delivery of high protein Soybean Meal in Central 
Illinois was 36.20 lower from 408.80-420.80; Indiana-Ohio was 36.20 lower from 
415.80-427.80; Iowa was 36.20 to 41.20 lower from 390.80-405.80; Kansas City was 
36.20 lower from 404.80-410.80; Minneapolis truck was 36.20 lower from 395.80-405.80, 
St. Louis was 27.00 higher from 472.00-477.00; Memphis was 19.20 to 36.20 lower from 
430.80-447.80; Portland was 34.20 to 35.00 lower from 448.80-475.00; BN Santa 
Fe/Union Pacific delivered Chino Valley was 36.20 lower from 453.80-470.80. 
Cottonseed Meal FOB the Central San Joaquin Valley in California was steady to 5.00 
higher from 370.00-425.00; Kansas City was 15.00 to 20.00 higher at 425.00; St. Louis 
was 15.00 to 20.00 higher at 420.00; Memphis was 15.00 higher from 365.00-375.00. 
Whole Cottonseed FOB the Central San Joaquin Valley in California was 15.00 to 25.00 
higher from 460.00-475.00; delivered to Portland was steady from 460.00-505.00; 
Memphis was steady at 385.00. Offers for nearby delivered Canola Meal 34 to 36 
percent protein, delivered to Portland was 5.00 to 28.20 lower from 380.80-410.00; 
FOB Central San Joaquin Valley truck was steady to 5.00 lower from 435.00-440.00; 
Minneapolis was 36.20 to 41.20 lower from 330.80-345.80. Linseed Meal, 34 pct protein 
was mixed, 15.00 lower to 10.00 higher at 325.00-350.00 in the North Dakota-Minnesota 
area. Sunflower Meal, 13 pct fiber, 34 pct protein was mixed, 25.00 lower to 15.00 
higher from 225.00-295.00 in the North Dakota-Minnesota area. The Soybean Oil in 
Central Illinois was 387 points higher from 75.67-78.67 cents per pound; Indiana-Ohio 
was 387 points higher from 74.67-75.67 cents per pound; Iowa was 387 points higher 
from 75.67-97.17; Minnesota was 161 to 387 points higher from 88.67-97.17 cents per 
pound. Crude Corn Oil in Central Illinois was steady to 650 points higher at 74.50 
cents per pound.

ANIMAL PROTEINS: Ruminant Meat and Bone Meal in the Central U.S. was steady to 10.00 
higher at 400.00; FOB the Texas Panhandle was steady to 30.00 higher from 330.00-
360.00; Minneapolis was steady to 45.00 lower from 290.00-325.00; St. Louis was not 
available; Portland FOB Northwest Plants was steady to 25.00 lower from 215.00-
325.00; FOB Central and Northern California was steady at 385.00; FOB Los Angeles was 
steady at 385.00. Pork Meat and Bone Meal in the Central U.S. was 55.00 higher at 
415.00; Eastern Corn Belt was not available; Minneapolis was steady to 5.00 higher 
from 350.00-415.00, St. Louis was not available. Ruminant Blood Meal in the Central 
U.S. was not available; the Texas Panhandle was at 900.00; Minneapolis was steady to 
25.00 lower from 950.00-1000.00; delivered to the San Joaquin Valley was 75.00 lower 
at 1075.00 in limited trade. Pork Blood Meal in the Central U.S. was not available, 
Eastern Corn Belt was at 1050.00; Minneapolis was at 950.00 with limited trade. 
Feather Meal in Kansas City was steady from 480.00-495.00; Minneapolis was 25.00 to 
50.00 higher from 450.00-500.00, with an instance of 625.00; Arkansas was steady from 
450.00-465.00; Mississippi was steady from 450.00-465.00. 

CORN FEEDS: Yellow Corn Hominy in Central Illinois was 15.00 higher at 185.00 for 
rail, truck was 15.00 higher at 195.00; Kansas City (Northwest) was not available; 
St. Louis was not available; California rail was mixed, 15.00 lower to 5.00 higher at 
285.00, truck was steady at 285.00. Corn Gluten Feed in the Midwest (NE,IA,IL,IN) was 
steady to 5.00 higher at 200.00; Kansas City was 20.00 to 25.00 lower from 260.00-
265.00; St. Louis was 15.00 lower at 260.00; California was steady to 7.00 higher 
from 305.00-310.00. Corn Gluten Meal, 60 percent protein in the Midwest (IA, IL, IN) 
was 5.00 to 10.00 lower from 570.00-595.00; Kansas City was not available; St. Louis 
was steady at 670.00. Distillers Dried Grain prices in Iowa was mixed, 10.00 lower to 
5.00 higher from 230.00-250.00; Eastern Cornbelt (IL, IN, OH, MI) was 5.00 to 10.00 
higher from 250.00-280.00; Kansas was steady to 15.00 higher from 250.00-275.00; 
Minnesota was steady to 5.00 higher from 235.00-245.00; Nebraska was steady to 10.00 
higher from 240.00-270.00; Wisconsin was steady from 240.00-245.00; South Dakota was 
5.00 to 8.00 higher from 235.00-253.00; Missouri was mixed, 10.00 lower to 5.00 
higher from 250.00-255.00; St. Louis was not available; California was steady at 
273.00; Pacific Northwest mills were 3.00 to 25.00 lower from 290.00-317.00.

WHEAT MILLFEEDS: Wheat Millfeeds in Buffalo, NY was 10.00 higher at 160.00; Kansas 
City was 2.00 to 4.00 higher from 123.00-130.00; Minneapolis was 15.00 to 25.00 
higher from 135.00-175.00; St. Louis was 10.00 to 30.00 higher from 150.00-180.00. 
Wheat Millrun delivered Portland was steady at 275.00 in limited trade; FOB Los 
Angeles mill was 15.00 to 20.00 higher from 200.00-255.00.

OTHERS: In the south Rice Bran, Millfeed and Rice Hulls were steady.  In California, 
Rice Bran and Rice hulls were steady. Alfalfa Meal prices were steady to 40.00 higher 
across the nation this past week.
