Daily Southeast Region Eggs
Prices are steady. The undertone is steady. The Southeast shell egg
inventory is up 0.7% compared to next week. Retail demand remains moderate
to fairly good. Foodservice demand is mostly moderate. Offerings are light
to at times moderate. Supplies are light to moderate. Market activity is
moderate. Eastern Region breaking stock supplies are light to moderate for
the light to moderate demand. Light hen offerings are sufficient for the
moderate demand; processing schedules are normal.
