Regional and California prices are steady. The undertone is higher. The national shell egg inventory is 3.0 percent lower when compared to the previous week. Demand is moderate to at times very good. Offerings remain light to very light. Supplies are instances very light to moderate. Market activity is moderate to active. Breaking stock offerings are very light to light for the light to fairly good demand. The national breaking stock inventory is down 0.3 percent from last week. Light type fowl offerings are fully sufficient; processing schedules are normal.
